I was at the grocery store earlier this week.  Looking for vegetables to create a different type of salad, I was drawn to a container of what looked like small round tomatoes.

“Perfect!” I said to myself.  “Oh!  Great price I said to Best Friend, when I realized they were half price at $1.73.

Later that night when I made the salad and tasted one for good measure, the little yellow tomato did not taste like a tomato at all!

Looking at the container and reading the small print, I discovered I bought gooseberries!

And they were really good in the salad.

Lesson:  Life is full of nice surprises.
