Best Friend and I prepared for the incoming monster of a hurricane, Ian.  We brought in our patio furniture, we made sure we had enough water, and that’s about it.  It didn’t affect us much.  The electricity stayed on.  So did the water and gas.  The Internet was up.  It was only the cable that was out for a while, and that wasn’t impacting us anyway.

The rains fell.  The winds whipped about. 

The storm came and went.

All things must pass.  And life goes on.
